STATES REQUIRING OFFICIANTS TO REGISTER OR BECOME LICENSED

This sets out what states require clergy to register / obtain licensure to solemnize marriages and what the registration/licensure procedures are (contact information, et.) It is current as of August 2005, and I thought it might be useful to post on the Clergy Resource page. By the way, I am a sitting judge in my state, and have some expertise in these matters, though I am not infallible.
